Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and software problems of moderate to high complexity as a technical expert, and provide support on a global basis. Provide consultation and independently troubleshoot issues surrounding but not limited to: ACI fabric discovery, access policies & tenant configuration, packet forwarding & external network connectivity (L2Out & L3Out), VMM & L4-L7 integrations, multi-pod & multisite deployments and ACI management. Debug solutions for Cisco customers, partners and account teams by parsing logs, checking & modifying ACI configurations, monitoring data center traffic, analyzing network data, duplicating problems & providing resolutions in a lab environment and collaborating with other TAC engineers to resolve issues. Engage with the Engineering Business Unit and technical leadership to influence the quality and serviceability of ACI.
