After several years working closely with brokers and underwriters as an Account Manager and most recently Head of Account Management at Whitespace, I’ve seen how quickly the market has shifted toward structured data, digital fidelity, and better connectivity across systems. Supporting that progression has been a big part of my work, and it has shaped how I think about what customers need as digital trading accelerates.In this new role, I’ll be focusing on enhancing the areas that make the biggest impact for Whitespace users: smarter and dynamic contract creation, faster and more accurate data tagging, quoting and endorsement improvements, automation at all stages of the risk lifecycle, and the continued evolution of our API, AI and Agentic capabilities.I’m also looking forward to working more closely with colleagues across our Pricing, Underwriting and Broking as part of the wider Solutions Director leadership team. Bringing those capabilities together in a more unified way is a huge opportunity for customers, and I’m excited to contribute to that work.
