The Abuse and Content Enforcement team protects members and builds trust in LinkedIn by preventing the spread of bad profiles, content, misinformation, and enforces LinkedIn policy. In this role I have direct exposure to engineering, data science, policy and data analyst stakeholders. Some of my responsibilities include: • Researching and resolving all issues related to spam, account takeover and terms of service violations. • Interpreting and enforcing LinkedIn’s content policies. • Managing internal escalations received for fraud and all other disputes. • Remaining up-to-date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines and policy updates. • Effectively identifying problems and issues by performing often deep research • Abusive Content Enforcement (ACE) member responsible for processing and investigating terms of service, fraudulent and spam related violations. • Complete content reviews in a timely and precise manner while managing internal escalations received for fraud and all other disputes. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, policy and data analyst stakeholders to help define and implement operational solutions to emerging threats.
