Little bit about me then.I began my career in recruitment at just 16 years old, becoming the youngest ever hire in Adecco’s history. From those early beginnings, I’ve built a career dedicated to helping organisations scale and evolve their technology divisions, partnering with leading businesses to deliver high-performing teams across data, infrastructure, and software engineering.Since joining Peaple Talent in March 2021, I’ve progressed through four promotions to my current role as Chief Sales Officer of the PT Group. I lead our commercial strategy, driving new business growth and ensuring excellence across all aspects of the sales and delivery process, from client engagement to candidate experience.In addition to my group responsibilities, I am the founder of PT Renewables, Peaple Talent’s dedicated renewables subsidiary. Under my leadership, PT Renewables has become the fastest-growing and most profitable business unit within the group, supporting the global transition toward a more sustainable future through strategic talent partnerships.Beyond the boardroom, I am a passionate sportsman. I play golf at a high level and maintain a strong focus on fitness, regularly competing in Hyrox events and padel competitions. This commitment to performance, discipline, and continuous improvement mirrors the mindset I bring to business every day.I’m driven by a belief that success is achieved through vision, consistency, and developing high-impact teams that deliver meaningful results.
