About Charley Golden
Hello! My name is Charley Golden and I am an entry-level Civil Engineer at Jacobs in Pensacola, Florida. From wastewater management to coastal restoration, my work spans a diverse array of environmental and crucial infrastructure solutions. Growing up in Florida, I have always been surrounded by water, whether that be the Gulf of Mexico, nearby lakes, or estuaries. This has made me passionate about all things water and the environment. Without protecting the environment, generations to follow will be unable to enjoy and experience the ecosystems that I have grown up living by, around, and in. As an Auburn University Alumna, I hold a degree in Biosystems Engineering with a specialization in Ecological Engineering, complemented by minors in Business and History. During my time at Auburn, I enjoyed being involved in various student organizations to enhance my entire Auburn experience, ranging from Cupola Engineering Ambassadors, Society of Women Engineers, American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, 100+ Women Strong, and my sorority.
