I have been in Northgate Vehicle Hire since 2012 and since joining, I have quickly progressed into Branch Management working in numerous locations, from Lincoln, Nottingham and Leicester with my most recent destination being Sheffield. With over a decade of experience in the rental industry my talents lie within leading a diverse team, operating various types of fleet and collaborating within the business across many functions and industry for success. I work closely with customers to ensure the output of our operations reflects heavily in the customer journey to secure and grow business. Throughout my career, my personal strengths are understanding the needs of our business and customers by engaging with the team to build structure and process that ultimately delivers results.
