ABOUT CHARLEY ALLEN

Charley began with Savills in September 2015 on the Graduate Scheme based in London. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2018 and works in Hotel Agency. Charley has worked in Residential Valuations, Development Viability, International Development Consultancy, Residential Capital Markets (Europe), Student and Serviced Residences (Paris) and Hotel Agency where she now works, focusing on Prime London & Europe. Charley is fluent in French and Spanish.Graduated from Exeter University in 2014 with a 2.1 in French with Spanish, Philosophy and Work Placement Abroad. During her final year at university and shortly after, she secured a number of internships with Knight Frank and Savills, working with a variety of teams in London including Knight Frank\'s Lettings team in Wapping, Savills\' head office in Hotel Valuation, International Residential Sales and International Development Consultancy. In September 2014, Sociable Surveyors awarded Charley an all-expenses paid internship with Savills in Tokyo which led onto a week with their retail team in Hong Kong. Charley spent the rest of the year traveling through South-East Asia and South America before starting her job with Savills.Alongside her full-time job she has been studying a part-time PGDip & Masters degree in Real Estate at London South Bank University. On a personal level, Charley loves to meet new people, communicate between languages and share experiences. Living in Peru, France and Spain has opened up new worlds and much experience and knowledge has been gained from all the interesting people she has met. She\'s very adaptable, having had to fit into new lifestyles very quickly. She\'s always willing to try new things and believes she has a very positive attitude to life; for that reason, you will usually see her smiling!
