About Charles Windle
As an assistant project manager, I manage the entire project lifecycle from contract negotiations to material procurement and subcontractor coordination. I have successfully delivered a SQFT tenant fit out in Reston, VA, and contributed to the budgeting of a 378 unit apartment building in MD.I graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Construction Engineering in 2022, where I gained valuable skills in construction estimating and scheduling. I also served as a learning assistant for this course, facilitating the grading, tutoring, and assisting the professor. I am passionate about building quality, sustainable, and efficient structures that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the community.
