I’m the Founder and President of Gateway Group, a company that transforms underutilized land and existing homes into multi-unit housing that creates attainable options for people and families. I believe housing is a gateway to stability, community, and growth. This belief drives Gateway’s mission of Building Opportunities and my advocacy for more infill and missing middle housing across Southern Ontario.In addition to leading Gateway, I co-developed a course on infill developments to equip aspiring developers with the tools to successfully navigate urban real estate projects. I also serve as Chair of the West End Home Builders’ Association Missing Middle & Infill Subcommittee, leading industry peers in advancing housing supply solutions through infill intensification. This role builds on my position as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors at WE HBA, where I support initiatives that strengthen communities and expand attainable housing options.
