Responsible for providing advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets for the Autonomous Maritime System Test Center (AMSTC); measure organizational performance, assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget; examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives. • Establish the annual fiscal year charter, determine chargeable rates to government customers. • Develop internal customer billing and reimbursement tracking systems to accurately bill and generate revenue streams to offset AMSTC costs. • Complete fiscal year close-out, ensure collection of AMSTC fees while forecasting pending contract and government labor and material costs. • Customize and generate financial reports utilizing the Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) system.
