About Charles Stern

I joined KPMG US as an Advisory Associate in the Enterprise Solutions - Oracle practice. Within this arm of consulting, our team leverages Oracle Cloud based Human Capital Management solutions to assist with back office organizational transformation. Next I sat withing the Advisory Data Organization where I worked as an Operations Associate for our Data Citizens with Purpose Practice. I had the honor to empower KPMG professionals to drive change within in the nonprofit space. I was promoted to Sr Associate in Advisory Digital instructing on Artificial Intelligence, designing and implementing applied learning experiences, and serving as my team’s psychometrician. Currently, I am working in the AI and Digital space harnessing data and AI to transform the way organizations operate. I graduated from Texas A&M University where I earned a Master\'s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I graduated with a Bachelor\'s in Science from the University of Georgia. During my time as an undergraduate, I was fortunate enough to have a summer internship with Forter in Tel Aviv, Israel, where I learned about working with a global organization and working cross-culturally. At Texas A&M, I have been fortunate enough to study under world-class Industrial-Organizational Psychologists and gain hands-on experience applying classroom knowledge to current projects. One such project was working as a student consultant for Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. Here I was able to perform a full-scale Job/Work Analysis to better help the company with future selection processes and understand their organization better as it continues to grow. During my time at the University of Georgia, I was fortunate enough to participate in two research labs as a Research Assistant. The first lab I worked in is the Applied Psychometrics Lab, and still research with the Graduate Research Assistant title. The Applied Psychometric Laboratory investigates methods and statistical models for measuring psychological attributes utilizing the research-practitioner model. During my time with this lab, I assisted with various graduate research studies and presented my research in an Undergraduate Research Symposium. The second lab was the Leadership and Performance Dynamics lab. The Leadership and Performance Dynamics Lab study the impacts on the changing nature of work and the effects of inspirational leadership.
