He joined the firm in 2003. Was one of the principal members to start and develop this business which started at Coopers & Lybrand and has transitioned to PwC, IBM and now Milliman.ExperienceCharles is a Principal with Milliman, Inc. and leads the design, development and technical support of Milliman’s property and casualty loss analysis solutions, including the industry-leading Arius, ReservePro, ReservePro Enterprise, and Professional Affinity systems. These are the leading solutions of their type for actuarial, risk management, and insurance finance professionals, with installations at more than 400 locations throughout the world. Charles has been responsible for the development of Milliman’s ReservePro system including the system’s initial design and implementation and all subsequent enhancements. The suite of commercial products he is responsible for can be seen at team regularly provides extensive consulting regarding the implementation of Milliman’s solutions, together with related best practices regarding work processes within reserving departments. In addition to development and consulting, Charles and his team also provide customizations, technical support, and overall product satisfaction.Prior to joining Milliman, Charles held similar product leadership positions at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he also led commercial software design and implementation responsibilities at a large commercial banking firm. Before that, he was responsible for the design and development of several successful commercial software solutions to manage public education student management systems.
