With 16+ years of experience across SaaS, Salesforce, and Quote-to-Cash ecosystems, I specialize in designing and scaling complex revenue platforms spanning CPQ, CLM, and enterprise integrations. My work focuses on turning fragmented sales and billing processes into reliable, scalable systems that accelerate revenue operations. My career journey spans functional consulting, software development, architecture, and engineering leadership. This path has given me a unique ability to bridge business strategy, product thinking, and engineering execution. As a leader, I focus on three things: • Building high-performing engineering teams that operate with ownership and strong technical foundations • Architecting scalable platforms that simplify complex enterprise workflows • Driving operational excellence through Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices Recently, I’ve been driving AI-augmented engineering by introducing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Windsor AI agents, and custom AI assistants to improve requirement clarity, reduce development friction, and accelerate delivery velocity. I was honored to receive the Cisco IT Challenge Coin during the Cisco IT AI Hackathon for building AI agents that improved requirement quality, strengthened communication between teams, and accelerated development cycles. At my core, I’m passionate about building systems that scale and teams that thrive. The most meaningful impact happens when strong engineering culture, thoughtful architecture, and business outcomes align. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, strength training, and experiences that challenge perspective and foster meaningful human connections.
