As a Senior MEP Project Manager focused on owner representation, I\'ve built my reputation on identifying critical design flaws before they become million-dollar problems—and implementing value engineering solutions that deliver substantial cost savings without compromising quality.My approach is straightforward: I review every design with a constructability lens. On a residential project in Manhattan, I identified non-constructable MEP design through site assessment and plan review, then redesigned the entire MEP systems to save $500K resolving code violations.
