The Systems Engineer must be competent in Microsoft Windows 10, and Windows 11 Enterprise, including set-up and support. The SE must be able to troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, tablets, and other computer related technologies. The SE has a good grasp of how imaging and automated software deployment works. Finally, the SE should be able to provide excellent customer service and work well with other members of the IT team- Provide clients with technical PC, tablet, phone, etc, hardware and software support including maintaining hardware and software configurations- Troubleshoot common technical problems and develop automated solutions to those problems- Adhere to department policies, procedures, and approval processes- Management of the agencies assets- Develop documentation to support various IT projects and audits as required- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as they relate to analysis and troubleshooting- Collaborate with team members and work independently- Provide clients with T1-T2 technical hardware and software support including maintaining hardware and software configurations- Strategize, plan, and manage different on/off site projects - Windows 10 and Windows 11 Support- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) services and applications- Active Directory (AD) administration- Experience supporting System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)- Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) administration- Oversee, manage and install programs: Azure, Discovery ed, Dreambox, Clever, Canvas, Brainpop, Renaissance, Adobe CC Office Suite
