With over 20 years of experience, my expertise spans budgeting, financial strategy, and clear communication.I manage a team responsible for overseeing a $5.5 billion annual operating budget, ensuring efficient allocation and oversight. Previously, as Director of Finance and Budget at the NYS Office of Resilient Homes and Communities, I oversaw the distribution of more than $5 billion in HUD Community Development Block Grant funds, ensuring compliance and transparency.As a member of the Government Finance Officers Association, I am dedicated to public service and to supporting the City and State of New York.

My responsibilities include evaluating financial operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and recommending corrective actions to strengthen expense management.I oversee $300 million in State Funding through the Subway Action Plan (SAP), ensuring program development, spending oversight, and performance monitoring. I also manage Subways\' role in the $500 million Fiscal Baseline Reset (FBR) budget reduction program while supporting strategic financial planning with executive leadership.In addition to my budgetary responsibilities, I serve in fiduciary roles as a Board Member of the MTA Defined Benefit Pension Plan, a Committee Member of the MTA Deferred Compensation Plan, and a Management Trustee for the Training & Upgrade and Childcare Fund.
