An experienced Trust & Estates attorney and litigator, Charles primarily advises high net-worth clients on family wealth planning (i.e, the creation of Trusts and Wills) and on active Trust or Estate administration. When Court intervention becomes necessary, Charles has a long history of litigating disputes in New York State, Federal, and Surrogate’s Court.
