Our work streamlines customer experiences across platforms, ensuring our clients\' ongoing and effective engagement with them.Previously, at Dine Brands, I contributed to highly incremental off-prem sales and traffic by defining and executing a strategic plan and digital product roadmap for IHOP and Applebee’s brands. Successfully drove increased restaurant and to-go traffic, reduced franchisee labor costs, and established 1:1 marketing capability based on data-driven insights, increasing channel sales from $60 Million in 2016 to $420 Million in 2019. This experience, combined with my current role, underscores my commitment to driving innovation and operational efficiencies in the digital landscape.
