Chuck Guo, Esq.(He/Him), an Associate Attorney with Red Eagle Law LC in Austin Texas, is licensed in the State of New York and several Federal courts. As an immigration attorney and a migrant himself, Mr. Guo believes in freedom of movement, economic opportunity, and inclusive and open society. With a narrow focus on the fields of mandamus litigation and business- and employment-based non-immigration and immigration, he has zealously and successfully represented numerous clients in H-1B, P-3, L-1, E-2, O-1, NIW, EB-1, and other immigration cases.Sailed from Northern China, Mr. Guo has been braising in U.S. law.
