As a Career and Professional Development Coach for Business at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I help Honors Carolina students explore opportunities to develop personal and professional skills as they pursue careers in business, technology and entrepreneurial pursuits. With over 25 years of experience in finance, investing, entrepreneurship, and education, I bring a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge to my coaching role.My passion for learning and building organizations has led me to diverse and rewarding experiences in M&A banking, private equity direct investing, institutional investment, private equity fund of funds, higher education administration, and theological studies. I have co-founded and grown a successful private equity firm, taught and led the Minor in Entrepreneurship at UNC, consulted for a venture capital fund and a biotech group, and completed my Master of Theological Studies at Duke Divinity School. I enjoy applying my skills and insights to help students achieve their goals and discover their potential.
