About Charles Dwyer

Charles coordinated the states public HIV testing and counseling activities, training and evaluation of HIV counselors, and contract administration of counseling and testing service sites and sexually transmitted disease clinics from 1998 to 2001. He has experience in disease investigation and epidemiology, working two years at the Tri-County Health Clinic in Auburn prior to joining the staff at Maine CDC.Prior to entering a career in public health, Charles participated in public service as an Americorps National Service Volunteer.
