Leading a team within the central Strategy, Performance and Governance team, with a core purpose to ensure there is a clear link between outcomes and value, and the Digital Technology and Data functions performance in support of these.Support in managing the department budget Using data on cost from our budgets & commercial agreements and metrics created and tracked by our teams, to provide insight and identify opportunities to improve our positionTrack and report other metrics to provide a holistic view of performanceAggregate and communicate function level KPIsSet the standards for team level budget management and in partnership with Finance the aggregate view of the functional budgetRun and operate internal recharging processes and capacity planning Key achievements:Created, introduced and rolled out a total cost of ownership model, sharing with stakeholders including business exec (CEO/CFO), supporting the articulation of the department budget and core operating costs. This is now being used to reshape internal cost allocations and central shared service recharges and changing the narrative to DT & D being a value delivering department not a central cost centre. Designed and developed new ways of sharing progress and value supporting in the shift from project to product ways of working. Led the roll out of a team health survey across a department of 800 colleagues, using it to help support with an increase in psychological safety and ways of working
