Actively managed and led the PwC contribution to the annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate report. • Develop and implement the online survey. Compile the survey results and perform the statistical analysis to determine industry sentiment surrounding the issues impacting the economy, capital markets real estate sectors and geographic markets.• Identification and collection of key 3rd party data and development of appropriate graphics to support the content of the report. • Primary author of the Market and Emerging Trends in Canada chapters as well as contributing author and content editor for the overall report.• Manage the in person interview process for PwC including identifying appropriate interviewees and compiling interview notes for use by report authors. Personally conducted approximately 25 interviews each year with industry leaders.• Prepared the Emerging Trends PowerPoint presentation for use at Fall ULI meeting and numerous District Council presentations across the US and Canada. Made over 30 Emerging Trends presentations each year to ULI District Councils, real estate industry events, and client meetings.• Work closely with European and Asia Pacific region in the development of Global Emerging Trends themes.Calculate and presented results of PwC market barometer model measuring market cycle positions. Provide monthly and quarterly updates on commercial real estate space and capital markets and current conditions in the US housing market.Provide real estate expertise across PwC lines of service for use in the preparation of client white papers and presentations.
