About Charles Dalluge
Global design industry leader whose career has helped shape two of the world\'s top 10 architecture and engineering firms, as well as a practice he co-founded more than 40 years ago. His work includes some of the world\'s most visible, high-profile and complex projects in more than 20 counties globally.Currently serves as an Outside Board member of DLR Group, where he chairs the Nominations Committee and member, and immediate past Chair, of the Compensation Committee. As a former Managing Principal, President, Chief Operating Officer and board member of DLR Group, he helped lead the firm through a decade of exceptional performance, including 350% growth in enterprise value, 423% growth in EBITDA, multiple acquisitions, and significant global expansion. Earlier, he spent 25 years at Leo A Daly, helping guide the firm into the top tier of global design practices. Prior, he co-founded Alley Dalluge Poyner Architecture (now operating under a different name), where he gained hands-on experience across many of the facets of practice.Trusted advisor with deep governance experience and a national voice in the industry, he has testified before Congress, authored federal design-build legislation, and held national leadership roles within the American Institute of Architects, including chair of the AIA Large Firm Round Table\'s COO Subcommittee, chair of the AIA Federal Architecture Task Group, and chair of the national AIA - Association of General Contractor\'s Joint Committee.An international speaker on design, strategy, and leadership, with presentations at the World Economic Forum in Davos, to universities, and industry forums across the U.S, Asia, Middle East, and North Africa.
