I’m a senior IT leader with over 15 years’ experience leading and transforming End User Technologies, IT Operations, and enterprise service delivery across global organisations.I’ve held Head and Director-level roles where I’ve rebuilt and scaled IT functions through periods of growth, change, and operational complexity — combining strategic clarity with a strong bias toward execution when required.My work typically sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology: stabilising operations, maturing service models, and building teams and systems that can scale sustainably. I’m comfortable stepping hands-on to unblock delivery or recover critical services, while always focusing on long-term ownership and capability within teams.Most recently, I was brought into a mandate-based role to help drive a global ITSM transformation and service maturity initiative.
