As a Designer at IFRN, I developed graphic and branding projects for various challenges in the areas of Innovation, Research and Scientific Publication at this Institute of Education and Technology.I had the opportunity to replace the coordination of Editora IFRN on the occasion of the manager\'s departure at various times, where I learned to conduct team, resource and process management processes. In these opportunities, I was able to implement improvements in the conduction of editorial production for publication notices, within the Institute\'s Research and Innovation department.I acted as a mentor to interns and grantees, helping to develop the design career of several Design, Multimedia and Social Communication students. Of these, most are working professionally in the market.
