While the beginning of my career was based solely in general brokerage — assisting buyers and sellers — I began transitioning into new construction sales after joining one of the top producing teams in the Triangle, Chappell. Now serving in a dual capacity, as VP Developer Services, as well as Brokerage, I collaborate with a number of clients, brokers, and developers to improve current systems, create efficiencies, and raise the level of service provided in all Chappell development projects. Knowing that education is the foundation of success, I pride myself in taking additional real estate courses in order to better serve my clients, and my profession. Beyond my undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and traditional real estate education, I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and graduate of the NC Realtors William C. Bass Leadership Academy class of 2020.
