In 1997, I then moved on to Pennzoil, where I worked on vendor managed inventory systems and logistical applications and gained extensive knowledge of SQL databases and data warehouses.After Shell acquired Pennzoil-Quaker State in October 2002, I transitioned into Shell, where I have spent the past 23 years advancing my career. I bring extensive experience across both Shell’s lubricants and retail businesses, with a strong focus on Retail Site Systems and Payments in North America. As a senior solution architect, I design and deliver innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions that align with industry standards like Conexxus and PCI DSS.I have led key initiatives including the design and implementation of a mobile payment platform that enhanced customer experience and strengthened data security. My expertise spans integrating fuels retail systems with payment hosts, loyalty programs, and back-office systems, enabling seamless operations and supporting Shell’s digital transformation objectives.In addition to my expertise in information technology, I am skilled in ArchiMate modeling using Bizzdesign Enterprise Studio.
