With 25+ years in talent acquisition, I’ve helped build leadership teams for some of the most innovative companies in software, tech, and cloud. I’ve led teams that consistently hired bar-raising talent across the U.S, UK, Canada, LATAM, and the Philippines. At AWS, I specialized in senior leadership and principal/senior IC hiring—partnering with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business goals and drive innovation at scale. I’m a mentor at heart, passionate about coaching recruiters and fostering inclusive, high-performing teams. My approach combines strategic thinking, hands-on transparent and collaborative leadership, and a deep commitment to equitable candidate experiences. I believe that great teams don’t just happen—they’re built with purpose, empathy, and intent.Originally from New York, I hold a BS in Sports Management/Business from St. John’s University, where I graduated with honors. I started my career as an Executive Search Consultant for The Mullings Group, the leading search firm in MedTech, HealthTech, and Life Sciences. I developed new clients and placed sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership professionals in the medical device and aerospace industries. I’ve also worked for Covidien as a Field Sales Rep where I successfully sold disposables, vascular access, and compression devices to South Florida hospitals.(Covidien was a $10B global healthcare products company and manufacturer of medical devices and supplies, spun off from Tyco International in 2007 (Acquired by Medtronic in 2015). Outside of work, I’m a film critic in my own mind, a fearless karaoke performer, and a weekend chef always chasing the perfect dish.
