As Programme Director, I lead one of Oxford’s longest-running international Summer Schools, welcoming students from leading North American Universities and beyond to Oxford for a transformative academic and cultural experience including business leaders on an international study abroad business MBA programme.My role brings together strategic leadership, academic coordination, and student engagement:Academic Oversight – Designing and curating a diverse portfolio of undergraduate and professional coursesFaculty & Partnerships – Working closely with distinguished Oxford tutors and North American partner institutions to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.Student Experience – Creating a balanced programme that integrates academic rigour with cultural enrichment, from Bodleian Library access and interdisciplinary lectures to field visits, excursions, and international networking opportunities.Operational Leadership – Overseeing programme delivery, student welfare, and event management to provide a seamless and memorable summer school for hundreds of participants each year.The programme, established in 1971 and hosted at Magdalen College since 2010, combines Oxford’s traditions of excellence with a global perspective. My role ensures its continued reputation as a world-class educational experience—preparing students to think critically, engage globally, and lead with insight.

MBA-qualified and a Chartered Marketer, I have worked with thousands of MDs, CEOs, and site leaders—helping industry speak with one voice, navigate digital transformation, and connect with peers across some of the world’s largest blue-chip brands.I joined Business Report Ltd in 2009 and progressed through senior roles to become COO of the Made in the Midlands Group, where I helped establish one of the UK’s fastest-growing business networks, working with multinational firms, government, and SMEs to strengthen manufacturing’s voice.In 2018, alongside completing my MBA with Distinction, I founded Bridge Futures, before taking on the role of Programme Director at Oxford Academic Summer Schools at Magdalen College, University of Oxford—leading one of Oxford’s longest-running international education programmes for North American and global undergraduates, including creation of a now established MBA programme for business professionals in the U.S studying in Oxford.I graduated with a 2:1 in Geography from Lancaster University (2006), later earning my Professional Diploma in Marketing through the University of Wolverhampton, becoming a Chartered Marketer (2011).
