Developed and commenced the implementation of a comprehensive, customer-centric, multi-year transformation plan. • Led the company through both response and remediation after a criminal cyber-attack. This included identifying the threat, containing and eradicating the attack followed by a complete restoration and systems hardening. • Pivoted the company during Covid to deliver over PCR tests - making LifeLabs the leading private reference lab provider of Covid tests in Canada. • Launched WorkClear and FlyClear, a portfolio of customizable service initiatives for environments where physical distancing is challenging. These tests enabled essential services staff to return to work, allowed healthy people to return to international air travel, allowed for teachers and students to return to in-person attendance in schools, let the NHL franchises in Ontario and British Columbia return to their regular season.
