I am a nurse leader and military officer with over 18 years of combined leadership experience in both an urban level 1 trauma center and austere military environments.From 2016 to 2018 I was directly involved in planning and outfitting a $49.3 million dollar emergency department which includes trauma bays, resuscitation rooms, safer rooms for behavioral health, and Split-Flow rooms for minor emergencies. My military honors include a Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and an Army Achievement Medal.
