I am an experienced executive who specializes in transforming and building engaged, high performance, multi-disciplinary teams. By establishing a clear vision, strategy and actions, I leverage my strengths in change management, leadership and team member development to collaborate, influence and lead cross functional execution that produces sustainable over-target business performance. Fostering an empathetic, inclusive, winning business culture and promoting diversity in the workplace are core elements of my leadership style which I employ to structure and scale businesses to grow exponentially. And that is what I love doing. Over 20+ years I have delivered successful business outcomes consistently, across diverse industries and target markets in North America, demonstrating my strategic agility, adaptability and the transferability of my skills as a senior leader. I have proven expertise in sales, customer experience, revenue generation, business development, operations management, P&L ownership, corporate strategy, change management, M&A, continuous improvement and sales operations and effectiveness. Complimented by a strong and growing expertise in marketing (B2B and B2C), product management, merchandising, supply chain and logistics. I also love problem solving. Problem = Opportunity to plan and lead change that will improve upon the status quo - resulting in a better customer experience, better team member experience and ultimately better business performance. Lastly, I am passionate about giving back to the communities in which we live and work.
