I’ve always felt like an engineer, but I’ve also had a strong entrepreneurial drive buried deep within. In the end, I’ve managed to find a way of combining these two core drivers… By day, I’m like Henry the mild-mannered janitor – driven to succeed in my solutions consultant role at SICK UK, helping customers meet their digital needs and unlock the value-add that can drive them towards their goals, the same as many other driven employees.But by night (and weekends), I’m more akin to the No.1 super guy that is Henry’s alter ego. My inner entrepreneur was repressed for more than 20 years and in the end I have embraced the challenge of property investment and development to deliver on the potential that I have always felt inside. Not everyone gets to walk this path, and I am grateful for the opportunity to do so. Through property, I have the chance to add value not only to my company, but also for others who feel able to invest in me. With a desire to scale the business at pace comes opportunity for external investment. I took a different path 20 years ago but I’ve learnt a lot on the journey – now I’m ready to take that life experience and channel it into all of my daily business; whether that be in my day job helping customers maximise their value-add, or in my own time growing a property business and creating a real future to give my kids a head-start and a legacy of entrepreneurship.It’s never too late to embrace a new challenge, and these days I have two equally challenging roles to drive me towards success…Are you looking for a win/win investment opportunity through property with someone you can trust to have your best interests at the forefront?
