An equally important component of my position is providing high levels of administrative and operational support to the firm\'s advisors. Customized on-boarding support for new advisors and managing the processes as books of business are being transitioned from prior firms. On-going support and case collaboration is provided to both in-house and independent (OSJ) advisors alike! Security Financial has extensive experience and expertise in the transitioning of books from commission to fee based business. Over 10 years ago our firm\'s partners perceived an inevitable change was to come and looming over the financial professional. Security Financial went into action by laser focusing on the fee-based investment advisory aspects of the business. Today approximately 95% of SFM revenues recur annually. Now that the long anticipated DOL Fiduciary Rule has become a reality, Security Financial is uniquely prepared for the increasingly burdensome regulatory challenges facing the financial industry.
