Direct and manage project development from beginning to end- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with sales and operations- Manages project budget and is accountable for the financial results of each project managed- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements- Responsible for developing a project timeline and delivering the job within those parameters- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards- Minimizes our exposure and risk on the project- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately- Assures project legal documents are completed and signed- Coach, mentor, motivate, supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management- Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively- Holds regular status meetings with the project team- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organised presentations as needed- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully- Manages day-to-day client interaction- Sets and manages client expectations- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
