Ø Devise as well as developed appropriate network architecture to support functional and system requirements.Ø Provide technical assistance and formulate equipment configuration as client requirementØ Act as a main point-of-contact for turn-up and testing of new equipment, carrier and customer circuits.Ø Monitor network equipment and utilization, provided utilization reports to management and acted upon indications of network transport reaching its capacity.Ø Monitor and provide network triage for core network.Ø Work with tier 4 engineering and other groups to resolve top level network and satellite issues.Ø Ensure that fault management analysis minimizes negative customer / operations and impact.Ø Interface with internal work groups and personnel as required by the NOC/Fault Manager.Ø Play a key role in overall customer satisfaction and experience.Ø Support Data Center Operations and IT management in support and fault monitoring of the network infrastructure.Ø Assist in developing and operating a common set of process, procedures and run books that allowed meeting contractual SLAs and maintaining industry related compliance.Ø Provide input to the rapid restoration of high severity tickets using a process that applies appropriate urgency and expertise to the restoration efforts.Ø Process lower priority incident/problem tickets for a timely and accurate resolution minimizing the impact to the business and adhering to agree upon SLAs.
