   As Director of Loss Prevention Field services, I am responsible for the supervision of recruitment, training and allotment of auditors/investigators throughout the U.S. and Canada. Building a great team of individuals to achieve goals and projects with success for all parties involved.Have the pleasure to lead Loss Prevention Coordinators to assist with this endeavor.Working closely with companies, Intellishop develops audit formats to deliver outstanding results for the client needs. Our auditors/investigators are the front-line services to make the processes work for our clients. It is my responsibility to establish the right team structure of auditors, to execute strategies, and achieve the goals established. My goal includes a training program that continues to evolve into elevating the best of the best. I am committed to maintaining an elite group of individuals to meet the client needs and representing Intellishop with Integrity, Professionalism and Results. Our services include areas of expertise in Loss Prevention Processes, Internal Theft Investigations, Operations, Food Safety, Compliance Assessment, Inventory Assessment and Safety Inspections.
