Installation of all the infrastructure for a new five story building i.e, Cisco switches, routers, wi-fi access points, client pc\'s for Puma Energy. Worked with end user’s desktop support, including mobile devices and IP phones. Here in Arizona, I was part of the field support team for the Hitachi Enterprise Storage Array Systems across the Phoenix metropolitan area. Also, worked with new installs and troubleshooting of desktop pc’s, cisco routers, Brocade switches, ordering parts and scheduling the service calls with the customers.Also in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Customer support for Hitachi Enterprise Storage Array systems.
