ABOUT CHARLES ROBBINS

I am a self-motivated project manager who is detail-oriented, organized and an effective communicator with the most recent 14 years of the most recent 20 years as a project manager working in the health plan IT industry. Over the past 30 years, I have managed teams in the Health Plan, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Big 5 Consulting, Entertainment, and Commercial Software Development space. Health Plan organizations include Kaiser Permanente, Anthem Blue Cross, United Health Care, and L A Care Health Plan. Big 5 Consulting includes working for Pete Marwick and Lockheed Martin Consulting Group. Entertainment companies include Combo Entertainment Inc. and Mark Goodson Production. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing includes Abbott Laboratory and Watson Pharmaceuticals. Commercial Software companies include Mitchell International and Computer Associates. I have exceptional planning and organizational capabilities. For the past 8 years, I have delivered over 64 projects with 98.5% of my projects being delivered on time and on budget. I am always calm and cool under pressure and I always focus intently on the specific project objective. I have an obsessive approach to ensure all projects are delivered on time and without excuse and to the necessary specifications. I have two passions. Passion one is to always be learning and apply new skills. My second passion is to always work for an organization where I can contribute ideas to their growth and where I can foster positive relationships with all stakeholders. To execute my projects using positive motivation communication skills to assist my project teams to successfully accomplish an organization’s objectives.
