I am a passionate, skilled and experienced legal professional with a track record of international success over more than ten years, specialising in corporate law, in addition to civil litigation and work in the development sector. I am proud to have been central to both the positive outcome of cases and business development. Key Achievements: • Delivered training on Competition Law for JTI Bangladesh employees, resulting in 200% increase in reporting of anti-competitive practices • Conducted training for same cohort for Effective Handling of Mobile Court Raids/Dawn Raids, leading to reduction of 50% in fines issue by Mobile Court Magistrates against JTI • Founding Partner at Trinity Legal, increasing revenue by 65% in addition to reducing overhead costs by circa 50% • Senior Claims Reviewer for one of the most tragic workplace incidents in living memory, successfully delivering compensation to the families of 1132 deceased and 2500 injured workers, negotiating nationally & internationally with stakeholders • Lead Counsel for Power Deal of the Year, issued by Asset Triple A Asia Infrastructure awards 2020 in Singapore, for Summit Group, for financing the Meghnaghat Power Station • Awarded Oil & Gas Deal of the Year at the same event for arranging debt financing of US$97 million
