Provides advice, guidance, and support for various and assigned aspects of Regional / Geographic operations. Supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of operational programs and projects. Works closely with regional, store, and/or team leadership to communicate program / project objectives, profitability expectations, priorities, performance standards, and other parameters. Engages with Store Leadership as required to ensure proper support in terms of communication and training. Engages with marketing, merchandising, accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration and alignment.
