I’m Charles Pickett, a son of the westside of Chicago, where I was raised and live currently. I work at Civic Roundtable, where we strive to strength governments and communities through digital collaboration and communication. I\'m an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive with 9 years of experience in sales, business development, and portfolio management at Fortune 500 companies like mySidewalk, Salesforce, AEP, and C.H. Robinson.Over the last four years I\'ve partnered across Chicago communities, where I led community initiatives through equity audits, which helped bring economic development to disenfranchised communities. Through collective economics and collaboration with leaders across Chicago, I extended my work to a national level through economic partnerships, targeting injustices in Chicago which have brought relief to residents, businesses, and philanthropy.I have a strong passion for mentoring students with the focus on social development and critical life skills, along with a love for boxing and basketball.
