Reporting directly to the CTO (formerly to the CISO)As Interim-CISO and Cybersecurity Architect Manager, I lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and operations across a complex multi-brand, multi-tenant environment. Following the CISO’s departure, I assumed responsibilities for security leadership at IPG, Carrier, & PetPlace. I continue to oversee architectural initiatives while guiding the InfoSec team through transformation and operational maturity.🧭 Interim-CISO Responsibilities:• Serve as the Interim-CISO, representing InfoSec at the executive level• Guide organizational alignment, enabling secure growth and standardization across business units• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Legal, GRC, IT, and HR to drive compliance (e.g, HIPAA, NYDFS, PCI, SOC 2)• Direct enterprise security initiatives• Serve as incident commander during security events, including executive communications, regulatory analysis, and external coordination• Establish security KPIs and metrics for performance, risk, and maturity reporting• Oversee team leadership, morale, and goal setting across the internal InfoSec function🧱 Cybersecurity Architect Manager Responsibilities:• Design and implement cloud, network, endpoint, and system security strategies across multiple acquisitions• Develop and align security roadmaps to business objectives and regulatory obligations• Lead incident response, forensic analysis, and root cause investigations• Draft architecture standards, technical documentation, and process playbooks• Manage security toolsets: Microsoft 365 E5 Security, Defender XDR, Azure, Arctic Wolf, KnowBe4, Microsoft Purview, etc.• Collaborate with development teams to secure the SDLC, including SAST, DAST, and DevSecOps practices• Drive continuous improvement in vulnerability management, security awareness, and compliance operations• Coordinate DR testing, vendor assessments, and board-level security initiatives
