Working within the Asset Management Delivery Office team, I led a team to manage the important delivery of 20 Cranbourn Street office renovation project, the commercial re-development of Kilburn Archways and Trussley Road Arches, with a combined value of £18m. Ensuring timely delivery and robust control of the works to ensure that the commercial value of these pivotal spaces was maximised through value initiatives and the control of the interfacing transport risks. I also working with the leadership of Asset Management Delivery to produce a commercial asset wide technical assurance and compliance strategy – that compliments the existing rail assurance strategies but adds to include non-rail and rail interfacing assets too – creating a single pathway for project statutory and quality compliance and excellence.
