After servicing for Lifesafer at my business, Lifesafer sauté me out and offered me a position as there Minnesota Area Manager/Lead Technician at there state office in Mendota Heights MN. As the Area Manager/Lead Technician I am operating there Mendota Heights location servicing and running all the day to day operations, with over 1,400 clients state wide I over see there interlock device\'s as well as field all tech calls/customer service calls for the 31 different service centers in the state of MN. Dailey duties include service and installation of the MN interlock device, support all clients needs for device and monthly monitoring system. I also support all the service centers in the state of MN with all technical/client based phone support. I am also in constant contact with the administrative department verifying client info and payment scales. Follow standards and procedures to maintain safe work environment for our service centers and all of our clients.
