Morley Builders is a full-service general contractor providing preconstruction, general contracting, construction management services, and self-performed structural concrete services across Southern California. Morley’s employee owners take pride in their outstanding integrity, collaboration, and innovation. Charles (Charlie) Muttillo joined the Morley family as an intern in 1985 and has since become instrumental to the company’s continued success. Under his leadership, Morley has most recently completed the Los Angeles Lakers Training Center, the Santa Monica Proper Hotel, and the structural concrete work at the new SoFi Stadium. Charlie is dedicated to the people who have made Morley the success that it is today. He supports growth at both the individual and organizational level, emphasizing that client satisfaction results from efficient teamwork. As a role model, Charlie highlights the importance of continuous improvement and learning, always striving to overcome new challenges in creative ways. He shares his extensive experience with community organizations, including serving as a board member for Affordable Living for the Aging—which provides access to affordable housing, shared housing and social services to low-income seniors in Los Angeles County—and as Chair for Santa Monica’s Building & Safety Commission. Charlie’s personal integrity and commitment to the Morley family, clients, and community provide a strong foundation for Morley’s future growth and success in the Southern California construction industry.
