Leveraged EC2, SNS, S3, CloudWatch, storage gateway, IAM and Terraform to automate the provisioning of a data science platform for machine learning engineers to train their ML models, configured SSH tunnelling and Port forwarding to enable ML engineers run jupyter notebooks from browsers on their local systems. • Provisioned a SAAS platform (Sagemaker) for data analysts and ML engineers using AWS SageMaker (studio for multiple users with individual profiles). Built custom images with docker and attached to sagemaker domain for custom sagemaker processing jobs. • Used AWS lambda, event bridge, SNS and IAM to schedule sagemaker notebooks within sagemaker studio to run jobs on a schedule and use sagemaker studio lifecycle configuration to install packages in studio instances and auto shutdown idle notebooks instances. • Used attribute-based selection feature to create auto scaling groups through launch templates and used custom shell scripts as load balancers routing users to instances with least CPU value within the auto scaling group during login.
