At Scientific Atlanta designed a phase noise analyzer for tracking phase on the VLBI (Very Long Baseline Interferometer) where a sat was used to extend the baseline and we had to do accurate measurements of phase close in as random walk. On the same program I designed fiber optic twist loops to minimize phase shift with antenna motion. Provided leadership in a variety of projects involving large scale R&D efforts.
