I was hired in 2006 to jump start an otherwise dormant EHR conversion process at a health center with roughly 40 FT clinicians. Live for over 12 years on EHR and 15 years on EPM. Current work includes development of Acuity Adjusted Empanelment, MediCal Managed care, Maternity Clinic optimization, EHR scribe program development, Population Health, SDOH, Automated Lab and Referral tracking.Future work to include Desktop Virtualization, Patient Kiosks for Intake Processing, Regional Health Information Exchange.Specialties: Collaborative development, SQL, XML, Process Analysis and Synthesis, Communication, Database Design, Instruction, Listening.

Founded in Southern Oregon in 2011, Reliance eHealth Collaborative is a community collaboration of health care providers, hospitals, health plans, public health agencies, clinics and others interested in harnessing technology to improve the cost, quality, and efficiency of health care. Since its inception Reliance has grown beyond Southern Oregon to provide Health Information Exchange services throughout Oregon, Washington and parts of Northern California.
